Application

1. Turn on: Take the device out of your pocket and press the power button until the display lights up.
2. Measure: Hold the device into the wind and read the value displayed on the backlit LCD – select the desired measurement unit (ft/s, mph or knots) using the button.
3. Decide: Based on the displayed value, safely start or pause the activity; the device will automatically shut off after not being used.

Pro tip: Always hold the device vertically into the main wind direction when measuring, and make sure your body does not act as a wind shadow – this way, you will get the most accurate measurement.
